California Fruit Combo

1 head western Iceberg Lettuce

1  can ( 1 Lb pound) Cling Peaches

2 Bananas

1/2 cup pitted Calif. Dates

1 cup Melon Balls ( fresh or frozen)

3 tablespoons Orange Marmalade

1/3 cup Corn Oil

1/4 teaspoon Salt

Dash White Pepper

Core , rinse and drain lettuce thoroughly: chill in disposable plastic bag or baggie.  Line shallow salad bowl with outer lettuce leaves.  Cut remaining lettuce into 1 inch cube like chunks.  Drain the peaches.  Slice bananas diagonally.  Cut dates lengthwise into halves.  Arrange lettuce chunks and fruits in bowl.  Combine remaining ingredients in bottle or jar; cover and shake well.  Drizzle over lettuce and fruit mixture .
