1 cup thinly sliced Celery
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Water
1 chicken Bouillon Cube ( crumbled)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 1/2 quarts coarse day old Bread Cubes ( 1/4 inch)

2 Large Eggs
1 cup dairy Sour Cream
3/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 /4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
