2 cups grated Carrot
1 can Pineapple Tidbits
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt

  Use 3 or 4 avocadoes in unpeeled halves to fill with any the following to serve 6 to 8
with Tomato Salsa
6 medium Tomatoes ( coarsely chopped_
9  green onions ( choppped)
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped Parsely

Avocado Soup with Garlic

4 fully ripe California Avocados
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 teaspoons Lime Juice
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 cups Heavy Cream

Lemon Tree Soup

3/4 cup Lemon Juice
3 cups Vegtable Bouillon
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Puree avocados with lemon juice and bouillion. Add half of the sour cream and salt , and after chilling thoroughly, garnish with remainder. (Serves 6)

1 1/2 Cucumbers ( peeled and sliced)
1/4 cup Sour Cream
