3 California Avocados
3/4 cup Lemon Juice
3 cups Vegtable Bouillon
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Puree avocados with lemon juice and bouillion. Add half of the sour cream and salt , and after chilling thoroughly, garnish with remainder. (Serves 6)
