Baked Stuffed Fish

September 15th, 2008 · No Comments

1 dressed Fish  ( 3 lbs raw or frozen fish)

Salt and Pepper

Stuffing

2 tablespoon melted Fat

First if using frozen fish for this recipe - let it thaw.  The best way to thaw frozen food ingredients is slowly by leaving it in the regular ( non freezer) part of the regrigeator .   Failing that leave it out until thawed.   Then place in the fridge area.

Clean , wash and dry fresh fish.   Sprinke inside and out with salt.  Stuff fish loosely and close with skewers.  Place  the fish in greased baking pan and brush with melted fat.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes of time ( or until the fish dish “flakes”).
